BULLETIN: MAHONEY PARK, OMAHA, NE, MARCH 3-5!

Julaine Ministries will be sponsoring our first ever women's conference entitled: "Joining Generations with Heavenly Visitations." Our two special guests will be Brenda Coomer, former women's chaplain at Oral Roberts University and frequent guest of the women's television program, "Make your Day Count."

Brenda is a young woman with a fire and passion to see women become all that God has purposed for them to be. Get ready!! Also, Judy Arnold, former women's ministry leader at her home church and now the prayer coordinator for Julaine Ministries, will take us to places in prayer that will explode and ignite this conference.

I will be sharing a message on how to bring heaven to earth. It is time to live everyday in the presence of God seeing miracles and signs and wonders. If you are interested, space is definitely limited, please call Jeri Nabor NOW at 402-532-2575. We would love to have you. Remember that it is joining generations. We want women of all ages to come and join together. I am excited just writing this.

Let me share with you what God has put on my heart for my own life. See if this bears witness with you. I have always loved reading the Beatitudes but perhaps like you I have read them a bit quickly over the past few years because of their familiarity. But Father has been drawing me to two of the Beatitudes inparticular but I will be referring to one this month. I have been meditating on Matthew 5:8. Let's look at it together:

"Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see God." The word blessed means happy, enviably fortunate, and spiritually prosperous - possessing the happiness produced by the experience of God's favor and especially conditioned by the revelation of His grace, regardless of their outward conditions.

In other words, it means that we are content and happy regardless of what is going on in our everyday lives. It means that to be blessed is to be able to live in a world that brings trials and tribulations almost everyday and yet still be happy and content. It means that when the storms of life are rocking my boat, I am fast asleep happy and content in Daddy's arms.

So - BLESSED are the pure in heart. The next word is PURE. What does it mean to be pure? Think of it. Jesus is speaking to His disciples teaching them how it is to be His disciple. They are getting it right from heaven. I can just see Jesus sitting on that hill maybe saying it like this: "Guys, listen, if you want to be my disciples this is what it is going to take. If you want to SEE GOD, then this is my instruction. The pure in heart will SEE GOD."

That has been resonating in my Spirit for weeks now. I don't know about you but I want to see God. I want to come face to face with my Father. I want to be in a position Spiritually in my life so that Father can come and reveal Himself in amazing ways to me.

I AM SICK OF THE NORM. I AM TIRED OF PLAYING CHURCH! I MUST CONNECT WITH HIM! NOT THE WORLD, NOT RELIGION. Pure in heart - Father, what are you saying? With that I take out my Webster's 1828 dictionary - nothing has been detracted from Webster's very own words (you might want to purchase one. It is my favorite tool.)

Webster says that to be pure is to be clear, free from mixture; free from moral defilement; without spot; not sullied or tarnished; incorrupt; undebased by moral turpitude (this means inherent baseness or vileness of principle in the human heart; extreme depravity; baseness or vileness of words or actions, shameful wickedness); holy (He proceeds to give scripture here as well); genuine, real; true; incorrupt unadulterated; as pure religion; unmixed; separate from any other subject or from every thing foreign, from guilt; innocent, chaste free from vice; unpolluted.

I guess I could put it in a nutshell here and say the word that really stands out for me in this definition is the word MIXTURE. He is calling us to be without mixture. We are to be clean, clear vessels. Maybe I need to be asking myself this question on a daily basis. Lord, where is the mixture in my life? The important thing is that I am ready to receive what He says to me. I must obey and respond to the conviction of this question.

Lord, I thank you that when I confess my sin, my heart is purified daily because of the blood of Jesus Christ. Today I pray, Lord, that if there is any motive, action, or thought that grieves You, show me Holy Spirit.

Remember it is the Holy Spirit's job to convict of sin. Give Him the freedom today to show you anything that would grieve Him. Let's prepare now a resting place for the Spirit of God to dwell. Let's become like a child because "such is the kingdom of God." Children see God. Their childlike purity opens the heavens for God to reveal Himself.

May God richly bless you today and always, my dear friends. Remember to love God with all your heart, mind and soul and your neighbor as yourself.

Julaine
